| We've Got The Balls! |
| Throughout May, High Chelmer Shopping Centre invited shoppers to guess the number of footballs in the 118trades.com Smart Car positioned outside Boots. The Centre was inundated with entries, the prize being two tickets to Germany to watch England play Trinidad & Tobago in the World Cup!
Gill Cohen from Margaretting, Rod Rogers from Chelmsford and Lynn Osborne, also from Chelmsford, were the three closest guesses and battled it out in the We've Got the Balls gameshow held in Market Square on Saturday 10th June.
Rod just managed to pip Gill to the post and was awarded with his prize by High Chelmer's Deputy Centre Manager, Amy Grant. Rod was overwhelmed, "I'm gob smacked!" said Rod "I'll be taking my Step Dad with me to Germany. I can't wait to go!"
